Saratoga County road officials report that Mt. Merino Road in Greenport remains shut following the heavy rains of late July 2026. The closure is due to safety concerns and damage caused by the rainstorm.
The road has stayed closed since the storm, with officials indicating that conditions have not yet been deemed safe for reopening.
