The RISE shelter located on Adelphi Street in Saratoga Springs will cease operations today as its funding has been exhausted. The facility, which provides 24‑hour low‑barrier services, is the only shelter of its kind in Saratoga County.

Minister Steven Boxley indicated that the shutdown is due to the end of available funding for the shelter.
