The RISE shelter located on Adelphi Street in Saratoga Springs will cease operations tomorrow, November 3, 2026, after its funding runs out. Minister Steven Boxley said the shelter’s financial support has ended, prompting the closure.
The facility has been the only 24‑hour low‑barrier shelter in Saratoga County, providing round‑the‑clock services to those in need.
With the funding exhausted, the shelter will shut its doors as of the announced date.
