The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Alliance and local vendors are hosting a Fall Festival on Oct. 24 to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The event will take place on Caroline Street in downtown Saratoga Springs, offering attractions and trick‑or‑treating for attendees.
