Olivia Lill and Parker Mansfield of the Saratoga Rowing Association returned from Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with a bronze medal in the mixed eight and additional silver medals while representing the United States at the under‑19 World Rowing Championships held over the August weekend.
The competition in Plovdiv gathered the top junior rowing crews from around the globe, offering the Saratoga athletes the chance to race at the highest level available to under‑19 competitors. Lill and Mansfield’s performances contributed to the United States’ overall medal tally and demonstrated the strength of the local rowing program on an international stage.
