Bryce Terry, a member of the Skidmore College hockey team, headed a group of four teammates in the second‑annual Beyond the Summit Triathlon on August 21, 2026. The event, held in North Conway, New Hampshire, was organized to support the oncology department at Memorial Hospital.
The quartet—Shane Baker, Coleman Jenkins, Christian Day and Theo Angelopoulos—joined Terry in the race, marking the first time a Skidmore hockey line‑up has collectively taken part in the community fundraiser. Their participation underscored a growing tradition of student athletes contributing to local charitable causes.
Beyond the Summit, now in its second year, is a community‑wide effort that draws participants from the surrounding region to raise money for the hospital’s cancer treatment services.
