Hundreds of volunteers gathered on Saturday, October 17, 2026, to carry out restoration and cleanup work along Seattle's Duwamish River and its watershed. The effort, organized by the Duwamish Alive! program, spanned sites from West Seattle to Tukwila.

The river work is part of the program's twice‑yearly multi‑site work parties, with this fall session focused on improving the condition of Seattle's only river and its surrounding watershed.
