A record 650 participants registered for the West Seattle Monster Dash on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Lincoln Park. The event’s proceeds are earmarked for the West Seattle Cooperative Preschools and the children they serve.
The annual Monster Dash, now in its 15th year, pairs a 5K race with a separate Kids' Dash. Runners and young participants are encouraged to wear costumes as they navigate the courses.
Funds raised from the combined races will be directed toward supporting local preschools and preschool‑aged children in the West Seattle community.
