Sound Transit announced a pilot program that will allow dogs on short leashes aboard its Link light rail, Sounder commuter trains, and ST Express bus routes in Seattle. Pets must stay off seats and out of aisles during the trial.
The agency, which operates the region’s light rail, commuter rail and express bus services, is using the test to evaluate potential pet‑friendly rules for riders.
