At 3:15 a.m. on Friday, early morning in Puyallup, Washington, a suspect who had fled a scene drove down an embankment and attempted to seize another vehicle. The Pierce County Sheriff's Office intervened, stopped the suspect and placed him in handcuffs.
The suspect was taken into custody for processing.
