On October 24, a 30‑foot mosaic made from 4,784 handwritten sticky notes was unveiled at Toronto’s Union Station. The display marked the launch of the National Poppy Campaign and honored Allan “Scotty” Davidson, a Canadian hockey player who died serving in the First World War.

The mosaic, composed entirely of the handwritten notes, was positioned within the station’s public space, joining a tradition of commemorative displays that Union Station frequently hosts. The National Poppy Campaign is an annual Canadian effort to remember military veterans, and this installation serves as a visual tribute to the fallen soldier and the broader legacy of those who served.
