Peel Regional Police announced on Oct. 19 that ten individuals were taken into custody and face more than 100 combined charges tied to violent carjackings and the theft of high‑value vehicles in the Greater Toronto Area.
The arrests conclude a multi‑month investigation by the force into a criminal ring suspected of orchestrating those incidents across the GTA.
