The Cape May-Lewes Ferry has introduced a $7 fuel surcharge for every vehicle boarding the service, effective immediately and remaining in place through Dec. 31 2026. The surcharge, applied to all vehicles on the route between Cape May, New Jersey and Lewes, Delaware, reflects rising fuel costs and market volatility.
This fee will be added to the cost of each vehicle crossing the ferry during the specified period.
