Atlantic City’s City Council announced it is negotiating a luxury hotel agreement for the boardwalk and asked residents to be patient while discussions continue.
The council said the private negotiations with a developer are intended to secure the best possible terms for the city and its visitors, and the process remains ongoing as of Oct 9 2026.
