Developers broke ground on a new retail complex in Somerset County, New Jersey, on Oct. 29, 2026. The project will comprise four buildings that include space for restaurants.

The development is scheduled to open in 2027 and is intended to strengthen the local economy while providing new jobs as part of ongoing regional growth efforts.
