Chalmers Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation hosted a supervised Halloween outing for Elmwood residents at the Elmwood‑East Kildonan Active Living Centre on Oct. 31, 2026. The event was organized to address growing safety concerns about trick‑or‑treating.
The outing offered a controlled, family‑friendly alternative as local worries about safety during Halloween have increased in the Elmwood neighbourhood.
