Riley Laychuk of CBC Manitoba reported that a high-pressure system will dominate southern Manitoba this weekend, bringing sunny conditions on Saturday and Sunday. In contrast, a weak Alberta clipper moving into northern Manitoba on Sunday is expected to produce showers there.
The high pressure will maintain warm temperatures in the south, while the clipper brings the chance of rain to the north on Sunday.
