Atlanta Streets Alive will close streets in the West End and Grant Park neighborhoods on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The free, car‑free event will let residents walk, bike, skate, dance and take part in other activities along Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard and Georgia Avenue.
The organization regularly shuts down selected city streets to motor traffic so community members can use the space for recreation and neighborhood gatherings.
