On Wednesday, the Dunwoody City Council received a new proposal from GID Development Group concerning Block 6 of the High Street campus. The plan calls for the removal of existing apartments in that block and their replacement with a central greenspace surrounded by luxury retail, intended to mitigate the development’s perceived “wall” effect.
