Sandy Springs will keep its property tax at 4.731 mills and hold three public hearings on Oct. 20 and Nov. 3, 2026 to gather community feedback and boost revenue.

City officials in Sandy Springs announced the property tax rate will remain at 4.731 mills and that three public hearings will be held to discuss the matter.
The hearings are scheduled for October 20, 2026 and November 3, 2026.
Maintaining a flat millage rate is intended to increase tax revenue while providing an opportunity for public input.
