Summerhill neighbors are urging Atlanta City Council to adopt traffic safety improvements after a Clark Atlanta University student was killed in a traffic incident in the neighborhood.
The appeal is being made by residents and is supported by Councilman Jason Winston, who represents District 1 that includes Summerhill.
The community has highlighted ongoing concerns about road safety in the area.
