On October 18, 2026, a teenager from Massachusetts launched the Little Heroes Foundation, a nonprofit organization created to bring comfort to children receiving care in hospitals.

The project was motivated by the teen's own family's experience with hospitalization and is already extending its reach throughout the United States and into other regions.
