At approximately 10:25 a.m. on Sunday, a 23‑year‑old man who holds a concealed‑carry permit and a FOID card discharged his firearm after two unidentified individuals approached him in the 3100 block of West Cermak Street in Chicago’s North Lawndale neighborhood. The shot hit one of the two people.
