The NBC 5 Storm Team forecasts that light rain showers and pockets of drizzle will move across Chicago from early morning through the afternoon on Halloween, October 31, 2026.
The wet weather could influence trick‑or‑treating plans, as the evening is a major time for children to collect candy.
