Metrolink announced that the Orange County Line will be halted between Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo and Oceanside for five days, beginning on October 26 and ending on October 30, 2026. The suspension is due to expected high tides along the southern Orange County coastline.
The agency notes that it periodically pauses service when coastal conditions pose a risk to track safety.
