A motorcyclist was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition after a collision at the intersection of Northwest 57th Avenue and Miami Lakes Drive in Miami Lakes early Monday. The crash occurred at approximately 5:49 a.m., prompting a response from the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene and transferred the injured rider to a helicopter, which flew the patient to the trauma center for treatment.
