A Montreal police officer was suspended on Oct. 25, 2026 after allegations that he urinated on people experiencing homelessness. The suspension coincides with investigations launched by the Quebec ethics commissioner and the Independent Investigation Bureau (BEI).
The allegations have led the oversight bodies to examine police conduct in the city.
