The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) announced that it will release the results of an internal investigation in November 2026. The probe examined officers accused of tarnishing the police uniform’s reputation.
A spokesperson, Dagher, said the review is part of an ongoing internal assessment of misconduct among SPVM officers and is intended to address the allegations concerning the uniform.
The findings are scheduled for publication next month, providing the department’s conclusions on the matter.
