A city‑run warehouse located on Northern Boulevard in Queens provides New York City teachers with free classroom supplies each month on the first Thursday, including the October 15, 2026 date.
The 35,000‑square‑foot facility lets teachers fill shopping carts with items such as dinosaur masks, easels and a stock of 1,000 top hats, all at no cost.
The program is designed to give teachers access to classroom materials without charge.
