Mayor Zohran Mamdani, the New York City Housing Authority and development partners broke ground on Sol on Park, a fully affordable senior housing development on the former Morris Houses site in the Bronx. The project will deliver 229 affordable senior housing units aimed at current NYCHA residents and seniors who were previously homeless.
The new development is part of the city’s broader effort to expand affordable senior housing in New York City.
