David Clarke, a 24‑year‑old TikTok creator known as “Trash Talk,” announced plans to clear every neglected tree bed, underpass and planter across New York City, aiming to finish the work within three to five years.
He has already cleaned numerous spots in his Washington Heights neighborhood and is urging others to help with the city‑wide effort.
The initiative is intended to remove trash from forgotten public spaces and inspire community participation.
