Two teenagers have been federally charged with supplying fentanyl that caused a fatal overdose of a Fashion Institute of Technology student and the poisoning of a second student on the campus in New York City.
U.S. federal prosecutors filed the charges on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026.
The fentanyl provided by the teens resulted in one death and one non‑fatal poisoning at the SUNY college.
