Chester County health officials issued a warning that three pharmacies in the county may have been sites of measles exposure. The alert asks anyone who was inside any of the locations on Oct. 4 to monitor themselves for signs of the disease.
Measles is a highly contagious viral illness, and public health departments typically release alerts when a potential exposure location is identified.
