Officials reported that a vehicle collision around 5:00 a.m. on Monday blocked the right lane of I‑76 eastbound near Belmont Avenue, leaving only the left lane open and causing significant delays for commuters.
The lane blockage forced traffic heading toward Center City to use a single lane, slowing movement and still affecting traffic at about 7:30 a.m. during the morning commute.
