Over 100 HIV activists, nonprofit leaders and a city council member gathered at Philadelphia City Hall on the afternoon of October 3, 2026 to demand that President Donald Trump's Medicaid cuts be reversed.

The participants, coming from New York and Philadelphia, said the cuts threaten access to HIV treatment.
