The Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will shut its doors permanently on Saturday, October 31, 2026, after 58 years of operation. Owners Paramount Realty and Edgewood Properties announced the closure and intend to redevelop the 1,050,000‑square‑foot site into an open‑air town‑center shopping destination.

The owners acquired the property in 2024 and said the transformation will replace the enclosed mall with a town‑center style destination. The mall has served as a retail anchor in Bensalem for nearly six decades.
