A New Jersey state prosecutor, Brian Fitzgerald, has been accused of employing artificial intelligence tools to create and distribute child sexual abuse material. The allegations were made by the Bucks County district attorney and involve activities in both New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Fitzgerald, who has served as a deputy attorney general in New Jersey for ten years, is alleged to have used the AI technology to generate and share the illegal content.
