State health officials have opened temporary measles vaccination sites in Lancaster County as part of a response to a statewide outbreak that has infected more than 1,200 residents.

The pop‑up clinics are located in communities with low immunization rates to expand vaccine access, while the outbreak has produced over 1,200 reported cases across Pennsylvania.
