Pennsylvania State Police are searching for an unidentified driver who threw industrial nuts, bolts and other metal objects at vehicles traveling northbound on Interstate 83 in York County. The incidents occurred between Exit 19 (Market Street) and Exit 32 (Newberrytown) throughout October 2026.
Multiple drivers reported their cars being struck by the debris, leading police to open an investigation and seek information from the public.
