SEPTA announced that a new regional rail timetable will take effect on Oct. 18, 2026, and that daily parking rates at several agency garages will be reduced from $4 to $2 through Dec. 31, 2026.
The rate reduction applies to garages at Frankford Transit Center, Lansdale Station and Norristown Transit Center, and the schedule overhaul is intended to make service more predictable and reliable.
SEPTA officials said the adjustments are part of the agency's ongoing efforts to improve regional rail reliability for commuters.
