Six individuals – Daquine Owens, Ajahnae Owens, Aysir Bond, Najwa Owens, Gregory Johnson and Keith Cirwithen-Howell – were charged on Oct. 8, 2026 for participating in an organized criminal group that carried out kidnappings, robberies and extortion across the Philadelphia region.
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said the group operated throughout the Philadelphia area, committing kidnappings, robberies and extortion schemes.
