The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said a single lane of southbound I-95 between the Academy Road and Cottman Avenue interchanges in Northeast Philadelphia will be closed on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The closure is for repairs to Intelligent Transportation Systems cameras and associated equipment.
The lane shutdown is part of routine maintenance aimed at fixing traffic monitoring devices on the interstate.
