Drivers on Route 13 in West Philadelphia will now receive tickets of at least $100 for speed violations captured by newly installed cameras, as the 60‑day warning period concluded on Friday, Oct 30, 2026.
The cameras, positioned at eleven intersections along the route, operated without issuing citations during the warning phase. Enforcement now begins, and any recorded speeding will be subject to the minimum fine.
