Mayor Wilson is urging a more deliberate approach to homelessness clearings and announced plans to extend the outreach model used in Pioneer Square to the entire city of Seattle.
The Pioneer Square program, launched earlier this year, succeeded in housing almost 90% of people living outdoors in that district, prompting the mayor to seek its broader application.
