Seattle police arrested a suspect on Oct. 1, 2026 after the individual threatened a victim and barricaded themselves inside an apartment on the 9700 block of Phinney Avenue North in the Greenwood neighborhood.

Officers responded to a report of the threat, secured the apartment and took the suspect into custody.
