Seattle Mountain Rescue unveiled a newly equipped command vehicle on Friday, Oct. 9, 2026, to provide on‑scene communication with partner agencies, map review, search coordination and drone support.
The mobile command center is designed to improve coordination and technology use during rescue missions across Washington’s mountainous regions, enhancing the organization’s field capabilities.
