Peel Regional Police will unveil the results of an eight‑month investigation into a violent network linked to carjackings and high‑value vehicle thefts across the Greater Toronto Area. The briefing is set for 10 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026, in Mississauga and will be attended by community leaders.
The probe, known as Project High Guard, examined a suspected organization that stole and hijacked luxury vehicles throughout the GTA during the past eight months.
