A 16-year-old turned himself in to Fairfax County police on Sunday after a double‑shooting in Hybla Valley left two men wounded.
The incident occurred on Oct. 2, 2026, following an argument, and resulted in injuries to the two male victims.
Police confirmed the teenager’s surrender but provided no further details about the investigation.
