Early voting in Maryland begins on Thursday, Oct. 22, and will remain open through the following Thursday, allowing voters to cast ballots before the general election scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 3.
State election officials have issued information on polling sites, the identification required to vote, and the procedures for registering, to help eligible voters prepare.
The Nov. 3 general election will take place across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and the rest of the United States.
