An organic farmer, a garden store owner and a part‑time corn producer have announced their candidacies for the Winnipeg city council seat representing the St. Norbert‑Seine River ward.
The ward, a semi‑rural district that straddles both sides of the south Perimeter Highway, will see these local agricultural voices compete for council representation.
